Welcome to Fitness Trend. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fitness Trend mobile application and website at fitnesstrend.app.

By downloading, accessing, or using Fitness Trend, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

Fitness Trend is not a medical device, nor does it provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All information, calculations, and targets provided in the app—including Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) estimates, daily calorie recommendations, and macronutrient targets—are intended solely for general informational and tracking purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, physician, or registered dietitian before starting any diet, caloric restriction, fasting protocol, or exercise regimen.

1. AI Nutrition Estimates Disclaimer

Our automated AI photo and text analysis feature estimates calorie and macronutrient values based on visual image recognition and food databases. These figures are approximations and should not be relied upon for critical dietary management (such as managing diabetes, food allergies, or specific metabolic conditions).

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the app, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application or backend APIs.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
Abuse automated requests or overload our server infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Fitness Trend application, logo, user interface designs, algorithms, and branding are the exclusive property of Fitness Trend and its licensors, protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by utilizing the in-app "Delete Account" feature or by contacting support@fitnesstrend.app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitness Trend and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, health complications, or data arising out of or related to your use of the application.
